![]() We came back in the hotel at night and was surprised that there were so little lights in the room, 2 small headlamps by the upper floor bed 1 table lamp on the table and 1 led light strip at the edge of the bathroom which was an eye sore to anyone in the living room it was shining directly to whoever sleeping in the sofa bed. The room we got for 4 people was a loft style with king bed on the loft and sofa bed down in the living room, so there were no space to sit in the living room and we have to squeeze by the sofa bed to go to the bathroom. Had a pleasant stay overall, but would stay more centrally if I visit Milan again.The look of the property at the reception look clean and elegant, so my sister made appointment forĢ massages facial cleansing and deconstracting massage, her experience was very bad, she was not happy at all and felt bad for wasting time and money. More options like baked beans, hash browns and more choice for non-pork eaters, vegans / vegetarians would be good. Would've been nice to have fresh - not reconstituted juices at breakfast. ![]() The accommodation was very clean and hygienic. Trains are cheap, with 2 stations within a 15 min drive that take you to most places. Didn't realise that Italian taxi drivers start their meters BEFORE they pick you up, so depending on how far they've come from it can be a substantial amount. Would suggest hiring a car, as there are not many amenities close by and walking is difficult with no pavements / fast roads. Staff were friendly and helpful - especially with booking taxis and giving advice about places to visit. In the end we spent a bit extra for a 5 hour experience at QC Terme in Central Milan, which was absolutely AMAZING!!!! It was quite costly to book the spa facilities - although we would have had sole use for 2 hours in the price. On arrival we were told the shuttle was not running and there were no massage services either. We chose the Mo.Om as we wanted the convenience of accommodation with a spa and shuttle service. The Mo.Om is an eco-friendly hotel and we found the suite quite dark at first, but eventually got used to the low lighting. We opted for a junior garden suite, located in one of the separate blocks at the front of the main hotel building. Just to mention this hetel doesn't have shuttle service at night and 15-20min from airport, and no train station nearby! In the morning I talked to the staff and wanted to check-out and get a refund for the second night because we were not enjoying our stay Andrea tried to accommodate us by changing the room to the same type but with the light on the ceiling instead of on the side wall, but at that point we were just very upset and felt like we have no choice so 2 of us left and stay elsewhere without changing the room. ![]() The temperature in the room was stuffy, I started to have allergy and runny nose during my stay.
